By embracing roles as futurists, innovators, technologists, and humanitarians, leaders have the ability to not just live the future, but to shape it. Building on years of teaching of scenario planning, foresight, and strategic design, Lisa Kay Solomon, designer in residence at the Stanford d.school, will share leadership practices that are teachable and learnable at all ages.
